What is Sult?
Sult is an informal, inclusive social club which was set up in October 1999 in response to the demand in Dublin for Irish language events. It is aimed not only at Irish speakers, but also at those learning the language and anyone interested in Irish and world music and dance.

When and Where?
Sult takes place every second Thursday, between September and May. Until now, the club's events took place in the Bull and Castle, Christ Church but in September 2007 it is transferring to a new venue: The Vaults (www.thevaults.ie) in the IFSC.
For a calendar of events, visit our schedule page. To find out where the Vaults is located, please click here.

The entertainment at Sult in recent times has included jazz, sean-nós singing and dancing, samba, tango, salsa, flamenco, ballet, modern dance and belly-dancing.
